I was supposed to wake up at 8am to do the 30 day shred, but I woke up at 12:15pm…. Well I have been lacking sleep lately and I went to sleep at about 2am so I just had breakfast - I’m going to do 30 day shred before I eat lunch and then going to zumba tonight with mum!
