Breakfast: Oatmeal with lactose free milk, honey and 2 large strawberries chopped up + 1/4 of a tub of blueberry soy yoghurt
Lunch: Wholegrain wrap with tuna, lettuce, tomato & avocado

Dinner: Grilled fish, brown rice and beetroot-tomato-lettuce salad

snack: Pear
lunch: Subway - wheat bread with roast chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot cucumber & a tiny bit of sweet chilli sauce
snack: 2 rice cakes with vegemite
dinner: Homemade pizzas ( wholemeal wraps as bases) with eggplant, mushroom, homemade tomato sauce, turkey, oregano, olives and light cheese

I currently fit into an aus size 6-8 but that is because of my small frame, I still have so much fat on my thighs and stomach.

Intake + outake:
Breakfast (at 12pm woops): Oatmeal with lactose free milk, a bit of cinnamon sugar, and a banana sugar (small banana-sweeter than most), 600mL bottle of water
Snack: 1 cracked pepper and sea salt vita wheat + mug of green tea
Exercise: Day 11 of the 30 day shred (first day of level two and I died)
Lunch: 2 original rice cakes with eskals freenut butter + a large pear + 600mL bottle of water

well.
I was supposed to wake up at 8am to do the 30 day shred, but I woke up at 12:15pm….
Well I have been lacking sleep lately and I went to sleep at about 2am so I just had breakfast - I’m going to do 30 day shred before I eat lunch and then going to zumba tonight with mum!
