Health related goals for 2012
Continue with my healthy diet - maybe even go vegan/vegetarian one day a week
Try new foods (healthy, whole foods of course)
Learn how to cook
Workout 5 times a week no excuses
Go to zumba at least once a week
Go to the gym at least once a week
Run for 30 minutes straight no stopping
Run in my school athletics carnival and place
Tone up and build muscle, even if that means gaining weight...
Don't wait until you've reached a goal to be proud...

Getting back into my old workout routine :) god it feels good
in other news here is my intake, getting back on track after christmas
breakfast: oatmeal + large banana
lunch: wholegrain wrap with hommus, lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber
snack: 1 rice cake with hommus & cucumber
dinner: lean veal steak with tomato, cucumber & lettuce salad
dessert: mango and peach soy yogurt + small...
