I had the worst chocolate craving but I didn't give in!
Honestly the hardest thing for me , is ignoring cravings
Celebrating a mini win today
I decided to eat some sultanas, raw almonds and cashews to satiate the craving and it actually worked!
Mind over matter people
However my macros have been off
Went over on my fats today (honestly the hardest thing for me to keep to)
And didn’t even get to workout today cause literally no time!
But I have a tough fasted cardio session tomorrow scheduled and I’m going to kill it !
I’ve let myself go in terms of eating habits
Due to no prepping and giving into cravings
So angry at myself
Today I did better, but have had a few too many carbs and angry at myself because I can’t work it off because i feel too darn sick!
Honestly this morning I woke up with fever and swollen glands but for some reason my appetite is in full swing
What should I do?
But yesterday I was feeling slightly under the weather, kind of half added my workout and then ate like 1/3 box of chicken shapes simple cause I felt like it hahaha
So the plan was to get back on track today
But now I feel horrible
Feeling so sick, body is heavy, chills etc, but my boyfriend made dessert (he never cooks) and wouldn’t talk to me unless I had some
And it was great! But now I feel so guilty
No chance of a workout today cause I feel horrible
Should I just take it easy today and go full force tomorrow?
