Honestly didn’t realise how easily i can eat the wrong foods if my food is not prepared
Food prepping tomorrow after work since i finish super early at 12:30pm and then going to the gym (haven’t been in 2 days due to a sprained ankle) but am going to miss my treadmill sprints :( oh well what can you do

Celebrating a mini win today
I decided to eat some sultanas, raw almonds and cashews to satiate the craving and it actually worked!
Mind over matter people
However my macros have been off
Went over on my fats today (honestly the hardest thing for me to keep to)
And didn’t even get to workout today cause literally no time!
But I have a tough fasted cardio session tomorrow scheduled and I’m going to kill it !
